| Descripion | As a Junior PHP Developer, your duties will include: • Design, architect and develop a new set of online transactional websites • Develop and maintain the existing online set of products and services • Produce documentation for software requirements and change requests • Work throughout the full development life-cycle, using Agile development processes To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years experience in a PHP development role. Experience with the following is also essential: • PHP 4/5 programming • MS SQL Server, MySQL or PostgresSQL • JavaScript libraries and Ajax development e.g. JQuery, Prototype • Coding standards-compliant HTML/CSS Desirable Skills: • Version control systems (e.g. SVN, Git) • Design ability with an eye for detail would be considered an asset • Flash and/or Flex experience is advantageous |
