| Descripion | We are a small web development agency that works with big brands. Our Manhattan office is an open, spacious loft with lots of natural light. We are seeking an experienced CakePHP developer with a solid understanding of the 1.2 framework and MPTT data structures. This is an on-site subcontracting position that would last until the project is completed with the possibility of full-time employment. Ideal candidates possess these core skills: * Proven ability to work with a team of developers within existing conventions * Desire to write clean, documented code in an MVC architecture * Solid understanding of CakePHP 1.2 and experience in building applications with the framework * Strong comprehension of MPTT data structures and the TreeBehavior * Familiarity with project scheduling and workflow application functionality (i.e. Base Camp, Microsoft Project) * Experience in working with SVN and Trac This is an on-site position. Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience. |
