| Descripion | Blue Chip is a web development firm and internet start-up incubator. As a web dev firm we target small to medium businesses that are looking to build medium to large applications. Our team is built out of entrepreneurs and technology gurus. We can help any company envision a web strategy and then implement it to perfection. We primarily use CakePHP however we have been getting many opportunities to use Rails or Django.
